In the delta of Cetina River there was ancient settlement Oneaum. Today, it is unique Dalmatian town Omiš, unique for its position in the river delta and for its old fortresses built on the rocks right above the town. Omiš is located about half way between Split and Brela. Its tourist attractions include beaches in and around the town, old fortresses, and river Cetina.

Cetina is Dalmatian river that is known for water activities such as rafting and kayaking along its waterfalls, which are quite refreshing in summertime when the temperatures rise.
