Pisak is the southernmost coastal town on Split Riviera. If you go further southeast, Brela is the next tourist resort you will encounter. Brela is a tourist resort on Makarska Riviera. Pisak is known for its nice sandy, pebble, and rocky beaches and wells of fresh water (Vrulje). Steepness of the terrain allows practically all apartments to have a view of the Sea and Brač island. The little Dalmatian town is well-suited for summer holidays for guests who like to have a nice quiet holiday in naturally clean environment away from city crowds and noises. Pisak is located halfway between Omiš and Makarska. The town has shops and grocery stores with fresh vegetable, fruit, fish, and other such Mediterranean foods.
There are bars and restaurants serving Dalmatian specialties with olive oil and quality wine. Although the town was once known as fisherman's port, it has become modern Croatian tourist destination. Most of accommodation facilities in Pisak are private apartments.
